The annual Tenby 10k takes place on 29th of July 2012 at 11.00 and follows a scenic route in and around Tenby.

An entry form can be downloaded here. It is highly recommended that you enter in advance as it will be very busy at the registration on the day. You will be issued with a time chip on the day at the registration. Don’t forget to put it around YOUR ANKLE because it can not register if you wear it on your wrist.
Medals and T-shirts will be given to all runners, plus there will be cash prizes for age category winners, and a weekend break for the fastest male and female runners
